A person interacts with polyvinyl chloride every day, since most plastic products are made of polyvinyl chloride, ranging from children's toys, clothes and credit cards, to medical masks, packages for drugs and food.
For more than 80 years, polyvinyl chloride has been an ideal polymer for the production of finishing materials and consumer goods. During this time, he underwent multiple tests and confirmed his absolute safety for human health.
Types of PVC panels
White Matte PVC panels
White Matte PVC panels are white panels that are not covered with any protective layer. The protective layer may be glossy or matte varnish or PVC film.
White Varnished PVC panels
White Varnished PVC panels are initially white matte panels on which a layer of glossy varnish is applied. Applied varnish gives the panel gloss and additional wear resistance.
Laminated PVC panels
Laminated PVC panels are white matte panels on which a texture film consisting of polyvinyl chloride is applied - from the same material as the panel. It is applied to the front surface of the panel with a specialized glue (which has no smell) and then bends around the edges.
Due to this type of outer surface, PVC panels acquire a number of additional advantages:
- resistance to mechanical damage;
- visual and tactile volumetric effect.
PVC panels with Digital Printing
PVC panels with Digital Printing are plastic PVC panels, on which a drawing is applied using digital printing technology.
The essence of this technology lies in the fact that a specialized printer is used to apply a pattern to the panel, which sprays a special coloring material on panel surface. Instead of conventional ink, ink is used here that polymerizes (solidifies) under the impact of ultraviolet light. This technology allows you to display an image on the panel in photographic quality and with 3D effect.
Thus, you can create a design that exactly repeats any image, as well as create a drawing of some finishing material (for example: tiles, mosaics or stone), which is visually difficult to distinguish from the present material.
After the image is applied to the panel, matte or glossy varnish (depending on the image) is applied to it's surface, protecting the image from abrasion.
When assembling seams between such panels, it becomes almost invisible.
Laminated PVC panels with Digital Printing
Laminated PVC panels with Digital Printing are white matte panels on which the texture PVC film is first applied, then the image by digital printing. After that, the panel is covered with protective matte varnish.
This type of PVC panel has all the advantages of Laminated PVC panels and PVC panels with Digital Printing.
